RBCA’s emergency preparedness efforts focus on helping individuals, families and neighborhoods be ready to respond to emergencies related to natural and man-made disasters.
We live in a region of extraordinary beauty, a region that has been built from the forces of nature. Sometimes nature reminds us that we need to plan ahead and prepare and that we can be strongest when we work together to protect our families and neighborhoods.
In 2017, in partnership with Ravenna-Eckstein Community Center (RECC), RBCA and community members put together emergency preparedness “conversations” and activities. The RBCA introduces a “Task A Month” of the items to gather to build your emergency preparedness kit. Sign-up for the Ravenna-Bryant newsletter to receive the monthly tasks.
