A 46th District Town Hall meeting in advance of the Legislative Session to share our views, ask questions and hear their priorities. Some of the major issues currently addressed include gun violence prevention, climate change, funding education, improving health for all Washingtonians, protecting immigrants and making our state tax system fairer for working families.

Invasive Bug Study – Help WSU Protect Our Environment

  • Washington State University is studying an invasive bug called a STINK BUG and they are looking for our help.

    

  • If you see any stink bugs in your neighborhood, please report to reportBMSB@wsu.edu
  • If you see a brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), send a photo, the address where it was found, and the general location (inside or outside of house or car, backyard, park, etc.).

“Safely Crossing NE 65th Street” Selected for the NSF 2019-2021 Program Cycle

“Safely Crossing NE 65th” is one of the projects selected for the NSF 2019-2021 Program Cycle.

The Neighborhood Street Fund (NSF) is a city program that enables the community to propose and help prioritize transportation-related projects that are then built by the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT).

Design for the selected projects will begin in the fall and will be completed in 2020 – construction in 2021.
